We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team. If you have experience running an efficient and profitable upfit shop through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all production records, we want to talk to you. The right candidate will ensure a balance of technician time, build and service times and customer needs. A continuous improvement mentality is a must, as well as the ability to maintain good working relationships with other leaders, team members and customers.
